China's food machinery industry began in the early 1950s with the founding of New China, mainly after the reform and opening up in the 1980s, relying on its own strength, from scratch, from small to large, from weak to strong, from low to high. With the gradual development and expansion of self-made, it has passed the glorious development of nearly 60 years. In particular, during the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period, several hundred new products with advanced levels at home and abroad have been designed and manufactured through introduction, digestion, and absorption. During the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period, the Ministry of Machinery Industry proposed six major trends in the development of the industry and focused on the development of six types of complete sets of equipment. In the five years, a total of one billion yuan of specialized investment in technical reforms was accumulated. The China Packaging and Food Machinery Industry Association and China Packaging and Food Machinery Corporation, established in the mid-1980s, have strengthened industry management and expanded foreign exchanges. Each year, China International Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Exhibition is held and attracts exhibitors from various countries. Strengthen domestic and international technology exchanges and cooperation and promote the development of new products. 75% of existing products are developed in the last 10 years.
