Operating procedure

Before use, wipe the machine, face the slicer, first move the stage to the far right, leak put out the fuel filler port, add 5 drops of oil to it, and cross the stage several times to make the lubricating oil evenly distributed.

Adjust the thickness of the cut, first adjust the thickness to the maximum, then adjust to the required thickness; Open the clamp, place the material, clamp it, and drop the weight.

Boot check: Check if there is any foreign matter on the blade, check if the tool guard is covered. Check that the sharpening wheel is far from the blade.

After checking, turn on the power, turn on the switch, let it run automatically, the operator does not keep away from equipment to prevent accidents.

After the end, first turn off the switch, power off, remove the scrap and semi-finished products, open the tool guard Board, clean the blade and the stage (be careful with the blade).

Precautions

The power must be turned off when cleaning the microtome.

Before each use, it is necessary to add lubricating oil to protect the internal structure. If it is not used for a long time, it needs to be covered with plastic cloth to prevent the oil hole from dusting and refueling once a week.

When the operator finds that the blade is not sharp, it is necessary to contact the equipment administrator. The operator is not allowed to sharpen the knife and replace the blade.

Pay attention to the sharpness of the blade when doing any work, be careful not to cut your hand.
